1. Processing & Validation
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Our system automatically validates the shipping address. If validation fails, we manually check and correct it where possible. If the address is not serviceable, the order will be declined and a full refund issued.

United Kingdom
Free delivery on orders over £30
Standard UK delivery fee: £3.99.
International Orders
* Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout
* The fee range is typically between £8 and £20
* The maximum international delivery fee is capped at £20
* Actual delivery costs may vary by destination and weight but will never exceed £20
Newsletter Discount
Customers who subscribe to our newsletter receive 10% off their orders.
To qualify, the subscription must be completed before placing an order. If a customer subscribes after an order is placed, the 10% discount will apply to their next order.
3. Regions We Ship To
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and selected European countries. Our system will confirm whether shipping is available to your location at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery: 4–15 business days, depending on destination. Tracking details will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched.
