Returns & Refund Policy


Return Policy

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.

2. Return Costs

Returns due to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are free of charge. Returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size chosen) are at the customer’s expense.

3. Exclusions

Items marked as final sale, perishable goods, or intimate items (e.g., underwear) are non-returnable.

4. Process

To request a return, contact us via email (customerservices@peloshop.co.uk) or through your PeloShop account. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label. Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be issued.


Refund Policy

1. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

2. Shipping Fees (Non-Refundable)

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases, including returns and order cancellations after dispatch. Only the value of the returned products (minus any discounts applied) will be refunded.

3. Full vs Partial Refunds

Full refunds apply to items returned in original condition. Partial refunds may apply if items are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

4. Automatic Refunds

Orders declined due to unreachable addresses are automatically refunded in full (excluding shipping fees, if applied).

5. Exchanges & Store Credit

Customers may choose between a refund, store credit, or an exchange (e.g., size or color change).
